Application Procedure for Anti Corrosions

Description :-  

Mx Rustop is a blend of complex inorganic and organic chemicals to work as rust remover and preventer. The product converts existing rust into protective complex on an iron, steel or any metal (copper, aluminum, brass or the like) surface. Mx Rust EP is a Anti Rust Protective coating used in the industry to protect metal from severe adverse conditions including corrosion

Application Procedure:-

1. Clean the surface (surface has to be free from dust, oil Paints, grease & algae.) 

2. Apply uniform layer of Mx Rustop (Rust remover) with the help of cotton, Soft Cloth or by dipping, brushing or spraying on the surface (Also apply where the joint is & overlapping is found).

3.  After that before dry, rub the surface with cotton and remove the rust.

4. After interval of 24 hrs – apply LAC-RT (At 3-4 hrs intervals, depend upon atmosphere & Surface) with the help of Spray gun.

5.  After duration of drying of 12 hrs apply 1 coat of Mx Rust EP with brush & spray.

6. After Drying 1 coat, apply 2 coat of Mx Rust EP.

Application Procedure: For Paint on New Metal Sheet

1.   Clean the surface with cloth.

2.   Apply uniform layer of Rustop on the metal surface.

3.   Scrub and clean the rustop (when it is wet) surface with cloth.

4.   After complete drying of surface,

 apply black metal paint.

Application Procedure: For Paint 
on Old Metal Sheet (Maximum Rust)

1.   Clean the surface with cloth.

2.   Apply uniform layer of Rustop

 on the metal surface.

3.   Scrub and clean the rustop

 (when it is wet) surface with cloth/

 scotch bite.

4.   After complete drying of surface, 

apply rustop plus and then after scrub

 and clean the surface with cloth and 

scotch bite.

5.   At last after complete drying of 

metal surface, apply black paint.

Note: - When metal is new applying direct black paint.

 

Application Procedure Part 3

Application Procedure for SALT RESISTANCE PRIMER

Existing Salt Efflorescence Problem- Old Construction

To overcome the SALT problem steps involved in the treatment are-

1.      Clean the surface (surface has to be free from Salt, loose dust, oil Paints, grease & algae.) Clean the surface using Wire brush/ Nylon Brush/Scrapper/ metal plate to chip of the tough paint peel & Water. Special care has to be taken for scrapping of the salt.

2.      Apply uniform layer of Mx Seal Prime-50 Solution 2 Coat with brush on the effected scrubbed substrate. (Apply the 2 coats with in interval 1 Hr) Leave it for 1 or 2 Days.

3.      If again Salt Precipitate are Seen, Then again scrap the salt and apply 1 Coat of Mx Seal Prime-50 and 2 coat of Mx Seal Prime ’P’ and leave it for a day.

4.      After the salt is being treated apply Water /Acrylic base Paints.

New Construction

  
 1.      Repeat Step 1 & 2.

 2.      Apply 2 coat of Mx Seal Prime 50 in area of normal salt content

 3.      Apply 2 coat of Mx Seal Prime 50 + 1 coat of Mx Seal Prime 

 

Application Procedure on Wall Area:-

To overcome HEAT problem steps involved in the treatment are-

1.   Clean Wall surface (surface has to be free from

 loose dust, oil, grease, bitumen & algae.) Clean 

the surface using Wire brush/ Nylon Brush/Scrapper & Water.

2.   Wash the surface thoroughly with water 

using pressure pumps.

3.   Apply uniform layer of one coat Mx SealPrime 

Solution with brush/ Roller on substrate.

4.   After duration of drying of 3-4 hrs apply 2 coats of Mx COOL WRAP
Plus with brush/ Roller/ spray. ( at interval on 3-4 hrs)

5.   For full curing let the coating dry for 12 hrs.
