CIS ROOFING SYSTEM
(Cool Insulated Sustainable Roofing System)
Clean roof surface - bare RCC (surface has to be free from loose dust, oil,
grease, Bitumen & algae) using Wire brush/ Nylon brush/Scrapper / pressure
pumps / blowers & Water. Wash the surface thoroughly with water using
pressure pumps.
Apply a layer of Seal prime penetrating
waterproof layer (Seal prime or Seal Coat slurry) up to parapet & copping.
And / OR Install FASCRS Seal System for better waterproofing system.
Install a bedding of cement mortar with Ce pack – 25 - 50 mm (give
waterproofing, and strength & crack prevention to the cement padding)

Lay down Brick Bat on the cement bed and cure the bedding with water.

After curing for 2- 3 days fill the gap of brick with insulated mortar
& Ce Pack
Do finishing of BBC with IPS (25 - 50 mm) thickness. Keep for curing with
water pounding for 10 days & then drying for 7 days.
Apply coat of seal coat slurry / Sealing slurry for water proofing. For non
accessible roof And / OR Install FASCRS Seal System at this stage for better
waterproofing results.
Install Cool Roof System with a coat of

Cool Coat/ Cool Guard then
·
Cool Top & then
·
Transeal/Transcoat. ( Top most
layer)
Keep the roof for curing for 12 hrs.
