Its added advantage of Silicon cross linking Technology provides better elasticity, stability and life to the cool roof. It’s being UV resistant, eco-friendly, NIL VOC adds to environment benefits. Different colour shades can also be achieved with reflective pigments.

Transeal is transparent Water protecting & Dust Repellent solution applied mainly as top coat on Cool Roofs to increase its life.

Transeal is a transparent single component PU dispersion based liquid solution, used for providing transparent water & dust protection, scratch resistance to porous structures of concrete, plaster, IPS. Transeal is versatile and environmentally friendly coating materials. It can be thus used for all GREEN Buildings. Transeal is flexible, non-tacky, light-fast, resistant to ageing, heat-sealable.
