Application Procedure Part 1

Cooling treatment on Roof Area:- 

To overcome HEAT problem steps involved in the treatment are-

1.   Clean roof surface (surface has to be free from loose dust, oil, grease, bitumen & algae.) Clean the surface using Wire brush/ Nylon Brush/Scrapper & Water.

     2.Wash the surface thoroughly with water using pressure pumps.

    3.Apply uniform layer of 1 coat Mx Cool Coat Solution with brush/ Roller on substrate.

     4.After complete drying (at 1- 2 hrs. interval), apply 2 coat of Mx cool Guard at 1-2 hrs. Interval.

     5.After complete drying with duration of 1-2 hrs. Apply 2 Coat of Trans Coat (Transparent Coat).

     6.   For full curing let the coating dry for 12 hrs.

Preparation of Mx Cool Coat Solution on the site:- 

·         Take 2 kg packing of Mx Cool Coat powder.

·         Make smooth paste of cement with 500-700 ML of water with help of spatula & stirrer.

·         After that mix 1.5 Kg of Mx Cool Coat Liquid to the above mixture with help of Stirrer.

·         After 5 min. you used Mx Cool Coat solutions.

·         Hiseal Slurry Solution should be used within 1 hr of mixing.

  Water Proofing and Cooling on Roof on Marble:-

To overcome HEAT problem and 

water proofing steps involved in the

 treatment are-

1.      Clean roof surface (surface has to be

 free from loose dust, oil, grease, bitumen 

& algae.) Clean the surface using Wire brush/ Nylon Brush/Scrapper & Water.

2.      Wash the surface thoroughly with water using pressure pumps.

3.      Open the cracks with wire brush as & when required.

4.      Wash out & clean the dust from the cracks.

5.      Fill Transeal PF in the micro cracks.

6.      In Major cracks or joints in cemented area fill them with grey cement & Hi Seal Slurry mixture / with Cool Guard + Hi seal slurry mixture for marble.

7.      After that apply 1 coat / saturated coat of Transeal PF all over.

8.      Depending on the site requirement apply 2 coats Cool Guard + Hi seal slurry mixture coating all over the roof area / 2 coats of Hi Seal Coat slurry emulsion with grey cement on the cemented roof area.

9.      For 1^st coat of cool guard add 300 ml Hi Seal Slurry to make Cool Guard & add less 300 ml water while making the Cool Guard Emulsion to have good adhesion & waterproofing.

10.  Sprinkle some water above the Cool Guard + Hi seal slurry layer.

 

   11.  For premium Cooling treatment apply 2 coat of Mx Cool Top above Cool Guard Layer.

  12.  After complete drying with duration of 1-2 hrs. Apply 1 Coat of Transcoat (Transparent Coat).

   13.  For full curing let the coating dry for 12 hrs.

  

 

Preparation of Mx Cool Guard Solution on the site:-

     ·     Take 700 ml water in bucket.

     ·     Add powder of Mx cool guard to the water along with stirring and make a viscous paste like emulsion.

     ·    Add more water up to 500 ml to the above viscous emulsion with regular stirring to make brushable emulsion.

·         Apply the coating on the clean substrate.

·         Prepared Mx cool guard solution can be used till 2 hrs. after mixing.

·         Prepared solutions should not be kept uncovered, when not in use.

·         To have better adhesion & waterproofing, for 1^st coat of cool guard add 300 ml Hi Seal Slurry to make Cool Guard & add less 300 ml water while making the Cool Guard Emulsion to have good adhesion & waterproofing. 

Preparation of Hiseal Coat Slurry Solution on the site:-

·         Take 2 kg packing of Cement.

·         Make smooth paste of cement with 500-600 ML of water with help of spatula & stirrer.

·         Mix 1 Kg of Hiseal slurry Liquid to the above mixture with help of Stirrer.

·         Hiseal Slurry Solution should be used with in 1 hr. of mixing.

·         Note: - For crack filling used 

Hiseal slurry / Cool Guard in paste form.

 

Water Proofing and cooling on Wall:-

To overcome HEAT problem and water

 proofing steps involved in the treatment are-

1        Clean wall surface (surface has to be

 free from loose dust, oil, grease, bitumen

 & algae.) Clean the surface using Wire 

brush/ Nylon Brush/Scrapper & Water.

2        Wash the surface thoroughly with 

water using pressure pumps.

3        First fill the crack with Hi seal slurry / Cool Guard paste as mentioned above.

4        After that apply 2 coat of Hi seal slurry with grey cement at 1-2 hrs. Interval for plastered wall / Apply 2 coat of emulsion made of Cool Guard with Hi Seal Slurry for white base walls. (This step to be followed for very porous walls or walls with severe leakage.)

5        After 1-2 hrs. Apply uniform layer of 1 coat Mx seal Prime Solution with brush/ Roller on substrate.

6        After complete drying with duration of 1-2 hrs. Apply 2 coat of Mx cool wrap premium.

7        For full curing let the coating dry for 12 hrs.

8        For giving water repellency apply coat of Nanoseal Dry look.
