Application Procedure Part 2

Application Procedure for Cooling on Asbestos sheet:-

1.       Clean Asbestos sheet surface (surface has to be free from loose dust, oil, grease, bitumen & algae.) Clean the surface using Wire brush/ Nylon Brush/Scrapper & Water.

2.       For old asbestos sheet- when algae/ fungus is maximum on the asbestos sheet, then used dil solution of hydrogen per oxide ( 5%) for removal of fungus.

3.       Wash the surface thoroughly with water using pressure pumps.

4.       Apply uniform layer of MX COOL GUARD Solution with brush/ Roller on substrate. ( First coat is diluted for increase the coverage)

5.       After duration of drying of 1-2 hrs apply 2nd coat of MX COOL GUARD with brush/ Roller/ spray.

6.       After 1-2 hrs, apply 2 coat of Transcoat. ( At the interval of 1-2 hrs)

7.       For full curing let the coating dry for 12 hrs.

Note: - Before application of every layer, the substrate should be clean & dust free.

Preparation of Mx Cool Guard Solution on the site.

·         Take 700 ml water in bucket.

·          Add powder of Mx cool guard to the water along with stirring and make a viscous paste like emulsion.

·         Add more water up to 500 ml to the above viscous emulsion with regular stirring to make brushable emulsion.

·         Apply the coating on the clean substrate.

·         Prepared Mx cool guard solution can be used till 2 hrs after mixing.

·         Prepared solutions should not be kept uncovered, when not in use.

·         Note: - For application of 1st coat of Mx cool guard take 1000 ml – 1300 ml water in bucket for making Mx Cool Guard solution and other step are follow as given above.

Application Procedure for Cooling on old metal sheet:-

  1. Clean metal sheet surface (surface has to be free from loose dust, oil, grease, bitumen & algae.) Clean the surface using Wire brush/ Nylon Brush/Scrapper & Water.

  1.  For old/ new metal sheet- when corrosion is found, then apply Rustop on the surface with cotton cloth / rug. After 10 min of application, rub the surface and remove the corrosion. Wipe off the excessive Rustop.

  1. Wash the surface thoroughly with water using pressure pumps.

  1. Apply uniform layer of MX COOL GUARD Solution with brush/ Roller on substrate.

  1. After duration of drying of 1-2 hrs apply 2nd coat of MX COOL GUARD with brush/ Roller/ spray.

  1. After 1-2 hrs apply 2 coat of Transcoat. ( At the interval of 1-2 hrs)

Application Procedure For Mx. Cool Wrap:-

To overcome HEAT problem steps involved
in the treatment are-

1.  Clean the surface (surface has to be free
from loose dust, oil, grease, bitumen,
Corrosion & algae.) Clean the surface
 using Wire brush/ Nylon Brush/Scrapper & Water.

2.   Apply uniform layer of MX Cool Wrap
Solution with brush/ Roller/ spray on substrate.

3.   After duration of drying of 5-6 hrs apply
2nd coat of MX COOL WRAP with

brush/ Roller/ spray.

4.   For full curing let the coating dry for 12 hrs.

Preparation of Mx Cool Wrap Solution on the site.
·         Take Part A and Part B and mix to each other with help of Stirrer.
